Family Owned

As one of the founders, Isaac Hall, I would like to share what it means to me to be family owned. When I was first starting out, I worked at a growing family owned hardware store in the low-county. I will never forget the owner, almost 90 years old at the time, standing at the front of the store. Greeting people, helping them find the things that they needed, taking 40lb propane tanks to the back of the store, filling them, then back to the customer. That was what good customer service looked like. Working for a family owned business showed me what customer service meant and we carry that way of doing business into Sea Stream Technologies.
